Had a pipe burst and water flowed from 2nd floor down into our kitchen and 2 other rooms, water logging the ceiling, walls,, floors, and many personal items. Chris and his team were onsite within 2 hours of our first phone call. Their response was incredibly calming in a time of great uncertainty. They quickly assessed our needs and assisted us in removing all our personal items to a dry location. They spent another 4 hours (now after the usual work day) to set up a series of dryers, fans, heaters, and other equipment to get out spaces dried out. They coordinated removal of an asbestos laden floor and coordinated removal of all moisture damaged structure in the house (ceiling, shelves, floor, molding, carpet). We had a pre-planned trip week-long trip starting the following day and Chris and team handled everything so professionally. He sent regular updates and simply managed all of the issues so we could enjoy our time away. Once we returned his work was all completed and he provided references for contractors well suited to do our restoration work. In all an incredibly positive experience with absolutely nothing negative to report. You can't go wrong with PuroClean and Chris Nowak's dedication to customer service.

In my difficult search for a mold remediation company on which I could rely for critical knowledge of massive mold damage, dependability, quality, and price effectiveness, PuroClean was recommended. I am very grateful. Mr. Chris Nowak owner of PuroClean in my area of North Carolina, operated his business in a very clear-cut manner - always willing to answer thoroughly any concerns and/or questions I had.... I have compromised health, so thorough mold remediation was a critical factor. He was available in a most reliable and timely way to keep me informed as to what and how the process was proceeding. In addition, he was cooperative with all others involved: insurance company, duct cleaning, lab reports, and inspection. His team was equally responsible: impressively prompt and treating with care my belongings and house. I do highly and unhesitatingly recommend PuroClean. Its efficiency did not disappoint me at any time.

We discovered mold in our finished basement that appeared to warrant remediation rather than simple removal. Chris returned my call promptly. I think he came to look at the job the next day. He gave me a rough estimate. After further investigation, we asked Chris to go ahead with the job. He arranged for his crew to perform the work within 1-2 weeks which gave us time to move our furniture out, his crew performed the job just as he described. They employed air barriers, HEPA scrubbers and negative pressure at the appropriate times. Demo was quiet and effificient. Team members were bright and polite. Final price was below estimate. We are very pleased and consider this a top-notch experience from start to finish
