Came home from a weekend away to find pipes had frozen then burst in the attic and water was pouring into the house & garage. I Called PuroClean of Massapequa and spoke to Sal. His crew showed up first thing and immediately began cleaning and removing all of the wet/damaged sheetrock, insulation and other debris. Sal and his team were professional, courteous and worked expeditiously to clean the mess. Highly recommend them.

I called Sal Pusateri at Puroclean Massapequa to address smoke residue in a home from a smoker. Sal came in and gave his professional advice on how he would handle removing odors and staining from nicotine in the walls that just wouldn’t come out with normal cleaning. It was in the closets, the radiators and elsewhere. He was thorough and honest, limiting the remedies to what was actually necessary instead of pushing every possibility. He advised me on what he could do, what would be redundant and what I could handle myself if I wanted to save money. He cleaned all agreed upon surfaces and used an ozone treatment that removed any trace of the smell or stain. From consultation to pre-work inspection to the completed treatment, Sal was helpful, knowledgeable and flexible. I’m thrilled to no longer smell the odor or see the stains and wish every person who worked on the house was like Sal.

Not only is Sal at PuroClean knowledgeable and reliable, but he's also honest. That is not an easy quality to find - especially when you're needing urgent assistance. Sal was very communicative, and shared where we had the issues, and came up with a fast and affordable solution - he was great! I highly recommend him and PuroClean. They're Top Notch!

PuroClean is one of the most professional companies I have worked with in the longest time. Sal and staff immediately diagnosed the issue. They worked tirelessly in a small space. They were thorough, clean and respectful to prepping my home for the work that was required. Do not use anyone else. This company knows what they are doing, and resolved completely to above my expectations. I wish more companies operated like PuroClean a delight to work with. Thank you, Sal and staff. 5 Stars are not enough to describe my satisfaction with Sal at PuroClean. From initial contact through job completion, he was professional, polite, reliable and honest. He did a thorough inspection, cleaning & sealing of a 65-year-old crawl space & left it better than it was in 1956! His rate was beyond fair; it was amazing. Most of all, Sal was a pleasure to deal with. I'd call no one else if I were you. Thank you, Sal!

We have a 1989 38ft Sea Ray aft cabin with original seats and interior. The owner Sal did a awesome job. He made the seating look like new and removed all mold and water stains from the boat. He showed up on time and was very professional. We could not be more pleased and highly recommend him.

Sal and the rest of the PuroClean team were amazing! They were very responsive, accommodating, professional, and sensitive to a very difficult situation (severe flooding in our house from Hurricane Ida). Our home flooded with nearly 6 feet of water and sustained major damage. Our family felt overwhelmed with the degree of cleanup and demo that was required as mold was quickly forming in our house. Sal and his team were incredible in handling the remediation, all while being sympathetic to our concerns and extremely frayed nerves. Highly recommend these guys for your cleanup needs!

Sal went above and beyond. He made a very stressful situation more manageable. He is honest, compassionate, and reliable and completed the job ahead of schedule.
