Our dishwasher exploded overnight and we woke up to a pool of water throughout our house. We received a recommendation to contact Puroclean right away so as to minimize any damage to our existing furniture, cabinets, rugs and walls. It was a Saturday morning, and the owner Tom came right away, and stayed most of the day making sure everything was taken care of. Tom followed up each day thereafter, and came back several days later to inspect everything. Tom was top-notch and professional, and extremely personable and willing to go the extra mile for customers he just met. It was a pleasure doing business with him and would highly recommend him to others.
