Meet PuroClean of Nanuet owner, Mitch Cohen

Mitch’s interest in both problem-solving and hands-on work began during his studies at New York City Community College, where he graduated with a degree in printing. He is a natural as he worked as an operations manager for Manhattan Shade and Glass, a custom home furnishing company. He managed a tight production and installation schedule. Based on his substantial experience in business administration, Mitch decided to start his own business.

Moreover, Mitch has extensive training and is certified in water removal, mold remediation, and fire and smoke damage. Based on this training and experience, Mitch can customize a restoration plan for your home or business. Mitch currently resides in Fair Lawn, New Jersey, with his wife and three children. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, vacationing on the Jersey Shore, and playing golf. Mitch is also an avid sports fan, following the Jets, Rangers, and Yankees.

The Cohens were first attracted to Fair Lawn for the great schools, shopping, restaurants, and parks. “My wife Jennifer was raised here, and we wanted to be near her family,” he said. As part of that community, Mitch is a member of the Nanuet Chamber of Commerce, the BNI Borders Chapter.
