After a pipe leak that lead to hazardous water in several rooms in my home, I called PuroClean of Nanuet. Mitch came out to assess the damage the day I called and within another day or so his team of experts were there to mitigate. The entire team was kind, courteous, professional, and very respectful. They communicated effectively throughout the process and made a very stressful situation go as smoothly as possible. They worked directly with our insurance company so I never even saw the bill. Thank you to Mitch and his team. They were wonderful and would definitely hire them again! Although hopefully I never have to 😊
