They managed to circumvent the low clearance by using a mechanic’s dolly to get around the crawl space. The scope of work included our team removing all of the insulation in the crawl space. It was widely contaminated and concealing other areas of mold. We conducted full mold remediation of the space before we replaced the insulation.
