As we’re just wrapping on a project, I must say that PuroClean has been amazing throughout this entire process. The professionalism, and flexibility that this company has displayed is admirable. I say that because our project had some hiccups from the insurance company and PuroClean was able to roll with the punches and still got the work done much faster then I thought and with excellent quality. Thank you guys so much. I highly recommend these guys.

These guys helped us tremendously after our house was damaged by Hurricane Helene. Jon, Nelson, and Jose were all super sweet and easy to work with. Jon worked with us with our insurance issues and helped get stuff expedited for us. Nelson was extremely informative and knowledgeable about the entire process. Jose worked really hard to make our house look like it did prior to the damage. We felt comfortable with them being in our home while we were out of town as they are very trustworthy and professional. We are super appreciative of PuroClean of Norcross and everyone that was involved with fixing our home.

Absolutely spectacular service all the way around. I called out puroclean after we got several inches of rain in my house. They came out the next day and did a full moisture scan of the house and immediately removed and treated all water damaged areas. After everything was dry they put my house back together the way it was before the rain. Amazing customer service and communication. Nelson and his crew are top notch. They are very knowledgeable and respectful and took great care of my house. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing restoration services of any kind.

These guys helped me and my wife out after hurricane Helene did some damage. They worked back and forth between us and our insurance for months before insurance finally paid up, then promptly fixed our home the next week. They were kind and patient, did good work, and even managed the work around a newborn in the house taking care to keep the noise/dust/fumes away from the interior while replacing a roof and some ceilings.

Great work! Had water damage and mold growth from Hurricane Helene and this company made the process simple, prompt, and easy. All the work was done within a day. The house was well tarped and tidy during the process, and all material was removed and the place completely clean of debris by the time they left. Professional, honest work for a fair price.
