These guys were very professional. My wife and I just purchased a home and were unaware of a broken sewer pipe in the basement. Puro clean cut out and discarded the mold ridden drywall and thoroughly explained the steps needed to be taken to restore the room. Water had gotten beneath the vinyl floor and I was encouraged to replace the entire basement floor when only one room was affected by the water damage. We had gone back and forth for a bit and I did feel they were too pushy regarding this topic. Attempting to perform a much larger job than what was required for he remediation. I understood the logic, but I felt they didn’t have my best interests in mind. The entire topic was dropped once we found out insurance wouldn’t cover the damage. Aside from this the work that had been performed was great and the team was very efficient, polite, and professional.
