PuroClean was amazing! They were so friendly, responsive, helpful, and they did great work! What more could you want from a company certainly in a time of upheaval or crisis? They came in when our hardwood floors were damaged and they dried them out, and so thoughtfully packed up our house and stored it all while the work was being done. Such kind people and I highly recommend them!

PuroClean serviced my house after water damage from a water heater leak. The staff was great, although I aggravated them, they all maintained their professionalism, especially Susan and Mike R. Mike R. was the technician providing service. He was thorough and explained the process, what he was doing, and what to expect. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions.

These people are the most hard working, efficient and professional employees a company could want. Chandler was their point man and did a superb job of directing the cleanup. I could not be more pleased with their work. The large part of the home was flooded due to a broken water heater. Puroclean removed all the flooded areas including the insulation under the home. They dried out the subfloor and everything else that was needed. Thanks Guys!
