Meet PuroClean Restoration Services owner, Phillip Silver

Phillip brings more than 23 years of experience in commercial real estate operations, construction oversight, property management, and vendor management. Having spent more than a decade as a Director of Operations, he understands firsthand the challenges property owners and managers face when water, fire, mold, or other unexpected damage disrupts a property.

His extensive experience managing contractors, budgets, capital projects, and day-to-day building operations gives Phillip a unique perspective in the restoration industry. He understands the importance of quick response, clear communication, minimizing business disruption, and getting properties back to normal as efficiently as possible.

Now serving the Portland Metro area and surrounding Oregon communities, Phillip is committed to building strong relationships and providing dependable restoration support when property owners and businesses need it most. Outside of work, he enjoys camping, mountain biking, dirt biking, and skiing with his wife and two kids.
