Hunter did an awesome job in my home when I had water damage. He kept me informed on everything he was doing. He was so respectful and kind to me. I am in a wheelchair so he made sure I could still get around in my home. If I could give him more stars I would because he was great. I highly recommend PuroClean to anyone who needs help with water damage, smoke, mold. Whatever your need they can help.

I cannot recommend PuroClean highly enough. Brian, Jared, Vee, and their crew efficiently cleared out our flooded basement within days. Their communicative, prompt, and expert approach provided a calming presence during our unexpected emergency. Throughout their time in our home, they maintained the utmost professionalism. They kept us informed at every step, patiently answered our questions (often multiple times), and offered valuable tips to better prepare our house for the future. Their dedication was evident when they even hand-dried four boxes of tattered, soaked children's books that held only sentimental value for us. While I hope we never need their services again, PuroClean will undoubtedly be our first call in case of another emergency.

I had a water loss and I was recommended to call PuroClean. I called immediately and they responded immediately. They had equipment at my house and water mitigation started immediatly. Every step of the way was explained to me including next steps. They worked with me and my insurance company. My insurance company recommended their vendor, not PuroClean, and I had them come out just to compare services and thought it might be easier to use my insurance company's vendor but their vendor was HORRIBLE!!! They weren't going to test for asbestos like PuroClean, they didn't recommend that the cabinets be repaired like PuroClean did, and they weren't going to remove the drenched insulation in the crawl space like PuroClean did. Needless to say, I chose PuroClean over the preferred vendor and it was easy to navigate with my insurance. PuroClean does not cut corners and know exactly what it takes to properly mitigate water damage and aren't willing to compromise their work ethic. They also went above and beyond and got me approved for a temporary wash basin and table in my kitchen so I didn't have to continue doing dishes in the bathtub. Once mitigation was done it was a pleasure dealing with the billing department and they worked well with my insurance company. PuroClean of Hillsboro is the gold standard for proper water mitigation. I pray that I never have to use them again 😉 but if you do, you will not be disappointed. Even if your insurance company recommends their vendors you can choose whomever you prefer. I'm glad I did because I have a feeling I would have a mold issue by now had I not used PuroClean!!
