TLTR: PuroClean is your best bet - no need to look further! Full Version: We never think we'll need the services that PuroClean provides, or at least we hope that we won't. When my entire home and all of the contents were destroyed / severely damaged by an electrical fire, I was surprised to find representatives of other companies showing up unannounced, trying to get my business. When you are faced with the shock and emotion of a disaster, executive function evaporates and it's hard to make judgement calls like hiring the right company to help you get to the other side of the event. I had almost engaged another group when a friend of the family advised us against them and gave a strong recommendation for PuroClean based on her professional experience in the industry. Brian was available on short notice to come scope out the extent of things. His calm, confident, and matter-of-fact approach was refreshing and he answered all of my questions and more (I ask A LOT of questions). He put me in touch with Jared right away, who was also very accommodating of my crazy schedule and beyond patient with my never-ending questions. Jared provided an unmatched level of professionalism combined with empathy I didn't realize I needed. Between these two gentlemen, I felt confident that my most precious belongings, if salvageable, would be in the best possible hands. I also felt like their most important priority when they were with me, not an easy thing to pull off when you are as busy as they are. They were able to convey that they understand this is a BIG DEAL but also that nothing I was experiencing was out of the ordinary under the circumstances (largely in relation to insurance, HOA, etc.). I was also very lucky that PuroClean had just started to use an incredible new machine with cleaning technology that brought new life into fabric items that would have otherwise been unsalvageable. Being able to offer this service is a huge win for the company (and for us clients!). Throughout the entire process Jared communicated regularly with updates. I rarely was the one to ask how things were coming along because he was so proactive with his communication, but if I did initiate a question he got back to me almost immediately. Losing your pets and almost all of your physical possessions is unsettling to say the least, but Jared, Brian, and their team provided comfort and support along the way. I will never forget their kindness and professionalism, and I will continue to recommend them. With that said, hopefully I'll never need their help again! :)
