I had a steam humidifier disconnect on me under my house which resulted in it basically raining under my house. The result was a small lake of standing dirty water, soaked insulation, and very damp joists and subflooring. Josh showed up the same day I called and assessed the situation. He dispatched his team the next day and they removed all of the wet insulation, cleaned up the standing water, and remediated the mold that had formed on the wood, and constructed a high volume air circulation system to dry out the wood. After a week of high volume ventilation that dried out the wood and prevented further mold growth, they replaced the insulation and left the area spotless. Josh and his team are true professionals. I highly recommend PuroClean of South Reno.
