What you’ll do:

• Supervise & guide restoration projects (residential & commercial)
• Perform hands-on water, fire, mold, and asbestos restoration
• Use hand/power tools and follow strict safety standards
• Oversee carpet cleaning & building restoration
• Communicate with the team & customers (you’re the bridge!)
• Ensure every job meets PuroClean’s quality and care standards

What you bring:

• Restoration experience (water/fire/mold/asbestos)
• Leadership & team-building skills
• Power tool/hand tool proficiency
• Able to lift/carry 50 lbs & wear respirator/PPE
• Valid Driver’s License
• Local to San Antonio or willing to relocate
• Strong work ethic, great attitude, and commitment to safety

Schedule:

• 8-hour shifts (with overtime/extended hours as needed)
• On-call rotation & rotating weekends
