Job Overview

As a Contents Technician, you’ll work hands-on in both residential and commercial settings. From packing and cleaning to deodorization and reassembly, you’ll play a key role in safeguarding our customers’ belongings while delivering top-notch service. Flexibility is essential — emergencies don’t clock out on weekends or holidays, and neither do we.

Responsibilities

• Handle, clean, pack, load, disassemble, and reassemble contents with care
• Perform mitigation services, dry/wet cleaning, and deodorization (ozone, foggers, etc.)
• Work under time constraints to meet project deadlines while maintaining quality
• Provide excellent customer service with clear communication and professionalism
• Safeguard property and information while maintaining attention to detail
• Follow safety principles and practices at all times
• Communicate job site conditions and concerns proactively with the team

Requirements

• 1+ year of restoration experience (preferred)
• Valid Driver’s License (required)
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs, work in confined spaces, and wear respirator equipment
• Must pass respirator fit test, medical evaluation, and background check
• Willingness to travel (75% preferred)
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong work ethic
