We’re looking for a Full-Time Contents Technician to be part of our restoration team. This isn’t your typical 9-to-5 — you’ll be helping families and businesses recover from water, fire, mold, and other unexpected challenges. Job Overview
As a Contents Technician, you’ll work hands-on in both residential and commercial settings. From packing and cleaning to deodorization and reassembly, you’ll play a key role in safeguarding our customers’ belongings while delivering top-notch service. Flexibility is essential — emergencies don’t clock out on weekends or holidays, and neither do we.
Responsibilities
Handle, clean, pack, load, disassemble, and reassemble contents with care
Perform mitigation services, dry/wet cleaning, and deodorization (ozone, foggers, etc.)
Work under time constraints to meet project deadlines while maintaining quality
Provide excellent customer service with clear communication and professionalism
Safeguard property and information while maintaining attention to detail
Follow safety principles and practices at all times
Communicate job site conditions and concerns proactively with the team
Requirements
1+ year of restoration experience (preferred)
Valid Driver’s License (required)
Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs, work in confined spaces, and wear respirator equipment
Must pass respirator fit test, medical evaluation, and background check
Willingness to travel (75% preferred)
Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong work ethic
