...NONE of the first 2 (restoration companies) I called answered the phone! I am glad that I came to you, AGAIN...and it will be taken care of properly. I know it's not as much of an emergency as other claims in the past but he made my aunt feel like she is in good hands while also explaining things in terms that she understood!
