Rosanna and her team Angel, Ashley and Isaiah did a great job packing out my house! They were very cautious with some fragile dishes, carefully packed all of my furniture, and made sure that I was well taken care of! Rosanna was also great with communicating and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process!

Rosanna headed up this team. She was phenomenal and very instrumental from beginning to end with scheduling, organizing everything and just made it happen. She kept in close contact with me pertaining to promised times every step of the way including any delays or changes! Her team, Ashley, Marcos, and Angel never missed a beat!! Not even in this Arizona heat at record high tempatures today! They carefully counted sorted everything from big to small! They were not only very efficient but sensitive to my situation but also very respectful, courteous. They asked questions on everything and if I had any questions or concern to let them know. Followed my instructions on everything even as they were finishing the job started to head out I realized I needed help moving my washer and dryer it was too heavy they jumped off the truck without any reservation and helped me. These individuals need to be commended for their work and going above and beyond. It is times like this when you feel like your world has been turned upside down due to a water Galvinize pipe break and all you can do is cry, that you need individuals that are still human and care. We were in need of someone to move us out of our home to complete and remodel. The team at PuroClean were fantastic. They came in, packed everything and moved it all out of the house carefully. When it was time to move back in the team came back and made the move easy and hassle free. Everyone was very courteous, friendly and showed up when they said they would be here. I would highly recommend PuroClean to anyone that is in need of cleanup or restoration help.
