Our main contact was Connor, who was always available to answer any and all of our questions and concerns. Connor was professional and a pleasure to work with! Within an hour after submitting our claim to Allstate we received a call from PuroClean minutes before midnight to schedule an inspection. The ongoing communication with PuroClean was speedy, friendly and efficient.
