Imagine my shock when roofers damaged a high pressure water line and water gushed into my home. Within 3 hours, on a Saturday night, PuriClean rep, Connor, arrived and immediately set up equipment. Connor and Isiah, helped by Angel, worked hard to dry out damage, remove dry wall and turn the house over to me to start repairs. I had no idea what it would entail to remediate the water damage. This has been a humbling experience. Thanks for the compassiinate care.

Isaiah was the lead PuroClean employee on drying and treating my walls after a pipe leak. He was an excellent communicator and told me when he was coming and work being done. He, Connor and Pedro worked on my walks and had to move appliances and other items. I got photos and was very pleased with the work done. There was very little wait time. They can immediately. I highly recommend PuroClean and am impressed with Isaiah.

OMG when I found out my home was unliveable due to a main sewer break and I had to move out immediately, Puroclean was hired to do my pack out and move back in. Rosanna was so wonderful!!! She calmed me down during the process and assured me everything would be ok! Ashely, Ethan, Pedro and Angel packed everything up, then after all the repairs, moved me back in. Everything was boxed carefully and they labeled everything and put the right boxes back in the right rooms. They even helped me move some furniture I took to the rental during the work. Rosanna always got back to me right away and was flexible and kind during the very stressful remodel! She even gave me information on how the insurance and such would work during the process since I had never been through anything like that and they do this all the time. I would recommend them again and again and again! You will not find a better company to work with. 5 stars all the way, thank you!!

We were blindsided by a mold diagnosis when the inspections were done when selling our home and PuroClean responded that very day to address the issue. The office immediately got us on the schedule (thank you, Shadow) and the entire crew.....Connor, Isaiah and Pedro.....met with us, suggested a resolution and treatment was finished within a matter of days, allowing us to finalize the home sale! If you ever have a need I cannot express how much you can trust this amazing company. Following the unexpected loss of my twin - they have been angels in disguise. To say they’ve gone above and beyond is an understatement. I would not have gotten through the very painful steps I’ve endured without them. Had a great experience with PuroClean as they did an extensive disinfection of my house, including 3 bedrooms, laundry room, and living room. Pedro, Shaun, Isaiah, and Connor provided excellent customer service and communication throughout the entire process. They made the experience much more smoothly and less stressful.

Working with PuroClean has been as stress free as possible, if you can even say that about an insurance claim. Our main contact was Connor, who was always available to answer any and all of our questions and concerns. Connor was professional and a pleasure to work with! Within an hour after submitting our claim to Allstate we received a call from PuroClean minutes before midnight to schedule an inspection. The ongoing communication with PuroClean was speedy, friendly and efficient.
