I recently experienced a water leak and had to act quickly. I didn’t want to go with a large, heavily advertised company, but instead chose a locally owned business with solid reviews — and I’m very glad I called PuroClean.
Jake arrived within 30 minutes of my call and immediately got to work. He brought a vacuum and promptly removed the water, followed by setting up dehumidifiers and air movers. Throughout the process, I was understandably concerned about costs, but Maya from their office was excellent — transparent, informative, and patient. She clearly explained what to expect and offered helpful suggestions for addressing the issue.
Even though this was a stressful situation, the professionalism, responsiveness, and care shown by the PuroClean team made all the difference. I’m very happy with their service and highly recommend them to anyone facing a similar emergency.

PuroClean was great to work with. They took what could have turned out to be a disaster and nipped it in the bud. We had a washing machine hose crack that led to water all over the laundry room floor and part of the wall over the weekend. We were not sure how long this had been going on, if there was serious damage or even mold. All we could see is some peeling drywall.
After attempting to contact a few water restoration companies, PuroClean sent someone out that Sunday night. They quickly and fairly determined what needed to be done, gave a fair estimate and got started cleaning up by the next day. After taking the wall apart, the damage was less than expected and they actually charged less than their estimate. Jake was our tech. Super nice, professional and skilled. Hope we never have to use them again, but will not be afraid to reach out. Thank you
