Our Story

David Otaru is the co-owner of puroclean of bulls head, operating alongside his wife ,Doris. He holds a Bachelors degree in business administration and has a background in human services with the state of new York, David brings strong leadership and operational expertise to the business. He is IICRC -Certified in ASD, WRT, AMRT FSRT, TCST, and OCT, with hands on knowledge in water ,fire, mold ,trauma, and odor restoration.
