Owner Ryan Back from PuroClean of Waconia provided prompt and reliable mitigation services to my home. He came the day I contacted him and spent four hours investigating water damage and it’s source. He is knowledgeable and attentive, he sent the Scope Summary the following morning. He has state of the art equipment, including sensors, moisture detectors, cameras and a large inventory of commercial fans and dehumidifiers. Our dishwasher sprung a big leak and starting pouring water into our basement causing substantial water damage. After turning everything off and the panic subsided, I googled what to do after an event like this. I found Ryan and his team at Puroclean, I’m glad I did. They were were quick to respond, we’re on-site within 2 hours and started immediately setting up equipment to try to stop the damage from getting worse. They set my mind at ease and assured everything would be cleaned up and repaired. They dealt directly with my insurance and took care of everything. They were extremely professional, polite and skilled at what they do. In a situation that feels like your world is imploding and you feel lost, I’m glad they were there to offer some direction and guidance on how to move forward. I would highly recommend PuroClean of Waconia for mold remediation services. In my mind, Ryan and team not only delivered high quality work, they really exceeded my expectations in terms of what you generally hope to experience when it comes to customer service. Specifically, Ryan helped to identify some potential concerns to take back to our builder...things that were beyond the scope of the mold remediation service and came from his own observations from his years of work experience. Also, they identified some cost savings from the initial quote as they began the detailed work and ensured I was aware of it immediately. Both of these examples demonstrate integrity and care for the customer.
