I would highly recommend PuroClean of Waconia for mold remediation services. In my mind, Ryan and team not only delivered high quality work, they really exceeded my expectations in terms of what you generally hope to experience when it comes to customer service. Specifically, Ryan helped to identify some potential concerns to take back to our builder...things that were beyond the scope of the mold remediation service and came from his own observations from his years of work experience. Also, they identified some cost savings from the initial quote as they began the detailed work and ensured I was aware of it immediately. Both of these examples demonstrate integrity and care for the customer. And this all was in addition to the professionalism, responsiveness, friendliness, and clear communication that came with the service from beginning to end.

It's a little unexpected to see reviews for disaster clean-up described as "wonderful" and "delightful" but that's exactly what you get with Ryan and his team at PuroClean in Waconia, MN. Over the winter, I had a "few mice" in my garage quickly turn into a nightmare of "many mice" in my garage. I hired a pest control service to eradicate the mice, and since mice can carry potentially dangerous diseases, decided to hire a service to clean the structure and contents. Found PuroClean online and filled out an online request for information. My first contact at PuroClean was with Jean who called me right away. I was very stressed out about the damage caused by the mice and Jean assured me that they were there to help. Wow, that had an impact on my stress level in a positive way! Ryan came out to assess the situation and I knew immediately I was in good hands. He assured me they could help, and that message is perhaps the most important thing I can convey in my review. At every point of communication, I knew they were people who care deeply about the job they do and care very much about helping families heal from unexpected losses.
On clean-up day, it was Ryan, Roger, and Kaleb and they did an amazing job. They carefully removed everything from my garage and then hand-cleaned every item. Ryan has the latest equipment and products and thoroughly cleaned my garage floor, then treated the floor, walls, and ceiling, before they replaced all the contents. They worked quickly and diligently and were respectful and kind throughout the day. By the time they were finished, my garage was the cleanest it's ever been and I was confident there was no longer any risk from potential rodent germs.
I can't say enough about the quality of work and professionalism demonstrated by Ryan and his team. What makes them stand out from competitors is their empathy and compassion. They are undoubtedly dealing with people in stressful and traumatizing situations, and every member of Ryan's team goes above and beyond to help make a bad situation a little less traumatic. It makes me think of Mr. Roger's famous line, 'Look for the helpers. You will always find people who are helping.' The wonderful team at PuroClean of Waconia are helpers, and you won't be disappointed if you need their services.

We had a very pleasant experience with Ryan and the team at PuroClean. Ryan was able to help us get a quote prepared for insurance and worked with them to process the claim and took care of us from beginning of evaluating the damage of a pedestal sink leak in our powder room, to the mold mitigation of our bathroom. Roger did the flooring install and did a wonderful job of taking time to install our new flooring from start to finish. He was very friendly timely and kept us updated on the progress of the floor. Overall the process of working with PuroClean was delightful. They worked with us on our timeline and helped along the way with any questions we had through out the process. I would highly recommend Ryan and the team at PuroClean for any of your water related or mold mitigation issues.
