PuroClean of Wentzville PuroClean of Wentzville is a growing property restoration company specializing in water, fire, smoke, biohazard and mold damage remediation. We serve the St, Charles County, Lincoln County, and Warren County areas in Missouri.
We have an opportunity for a Sales and Marketing Representative to enhance our business to business sales efforts. We seek a highly motivated and positive individual who is confident and outgoing. Qualified candidates must be authentic, have excellent communication and listening skills and have the ability to make high level presentations. They will able to think quickly and address customer objections. They would have a professional appearance and be very self-motivated. Experience in insurance restoration or property management sales a plus. While prior route sales experience is highly desired, it is not required.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintain and develop existing relationships with insurance agencies, and property management companies by making 12 visits per day.
- Prospect for new accounts or referral sources.
- Create new relationships with potential referral sources.
- Organize and attend networking and promotional events including Continuing Educational seminars
- Maintain detailed records daily of all interactions and input data into marketing software.
- Attend production meetings at 8:00 AM to understand the pulse of jobs.
- Assist as requested with basic tasks on job sites to gain an understanding of restoration processes
Requirements:
- Strong customer service focus and able to communicate effectively with customers
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation, valid driver license, and safe driving record
- Must pass a background check
