Israel was called urgently due to a leaking water heater at my home. Water had been leaking for ??? days before the thing actually developed a large hole. Water had flooded my laundry room, kitchen and had gone underneath my exterior wall into my garage. Israel is an excellent communicator. He walked me thru the damage and the plan for clean-up. He kept me informed throughout the week of work required to get it all handled. He and his team showed up when they told me they would and were very neat with their work as well as outstandingly considerate of my needs the entire time. He managed my complete clean-up and will soon be working with me on repairs. : )
