PuroClean was great to work with! We had mold in the ceiling of our bedroom due to a leak in the A/C unit above the room. The staff at PuroClean handled many tasks for a complicated problem. They were excellent communicators about what the issue was and what needed to be done and when they needed to come by. It was a multi-step process and we are extremely pleased with how everything was handled. They made it as seamless as possible. After the mold removal, they facilitated the construction and painting of the new area in the ceiling and left the room much better than they found it. I was mostly impressed with the prompt service and communication.

All were very professional, affable And accommodating. There were some delays coordinating with manufacturer but the work done by PuroClean was Superior. Very pleased with the overall project

We had a dishwasher leak that unfortunately caused significant damage to our home. Initially, we worked with a mitigation company recommended by our plumber to dry things out and remove the damaged flooring, drywall, cabinets, etc. However, for reasons I won’t go into here, we decided to seek a different company for the restoration. Our insurance company recommended PuroClean, and I’m so glad they did. From start to finish, working with PuroClean was a fantastic experience. They were incredibly professional, responsive, and efficient. I primarily worked with Jorge, and he was outstanding—always available, quick to respond to requests, and ready to address any concerns. Even though I know I can be a bit demanding at times, Jorge and the team never made me feel that way. They understood how stressful and disruptive this situation was for my family and made it their priority to help us get back into our home as smoothly and quickly as possible. What stood out most was how easy PuroClean made the entire process. They communicated clearly and consistently, ensuring we were always in the loop.
