Had PuroClean come out to handle water mitigation in our upstairs loft/entertainment room after a leak. They ended up coming out several times over the course of a few days to get everything taken care of, and honestly the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. The team was friendly every time they showed up, worked around my schedule which I really appreciated, and never made me feel like I was in the dark about what was going on. Any questions I had they answered without making me feel like I was bothering them. They clearly knew what they were doing and just handled it. Solid experience all around — would definitely call them again if I needed to.

I called this PuroClean location after having water in my garage from a malfunction with my washing machine. This led to standing water throughout my garage, and involving the wall of my bedroom. Zuriel C. was prompt and professional in getting to work testing for moisture in the walls and beginning the clean up process, and assess the damage. He documented everything thoroughly and after several days of drying the area, we were able to save the interior walls of my home without sacrificing for safety! Thank you Zuriel and PuroClean!
