I have to tell you. We had a water accident that flooded our laundry room, hallway and bedrooms. Zuriel came in to help us understand the next steps in the process with the homeowners claim for insurance. He was both professional, patient and made sure the lines of communication were open at all times. He was both informative on what PuroClean was going to do and delivered on everything he said. We felt assured and confident on what Zuriel was telling us and he made sure the service was done at the highest level.
