I mét& worked with Israel, the project manager & two gentlemen named Jorge, one in charge of removing the damaged floor and the other. In charge of installing the new flooring. All were very professional, affable And accommodating. There were some delays coordinating with manufacturer but the work done by PuroClean was Superior. They addressed every concern that I had & the finished product was espectacular. Thank you gentlemen for. Doing such a great Job.

Very pleased with the overall project

We had a dishwasher leak that unfortunately caused significant damage to our home. Initially, we worked with a mitigation company recommended by our plumber to dry things out and remove the damaged flooring, drywall, cabinets, etc. However, for reasons I won’t go into here, we decided to seek a different company for the restoration. Our insurance company recommended PuroClean, and I’m so glad they did. From start to finish, working with PuroClean was a fantastic experience. They were incredibly professional, responsive, and efficient. I primarily worked with Jorge, and he was outstanding—always available, quick to respond to requests, and ready to address any concerns. Even though I know I can be a bit demanding at times, Jorge and the team never made me feel that way. They understood how stressful and disruptive this situation was for my family and made it their priority to help us get back into our home as smoothly and quickly as possible. What stood out most was how easy PuroClean made the entire process. They communicated clearly and consistently, ensuring we were always in the loop. Their dedication to delivering quality work while minimizing any further disruptions made all the difference. Javier was so fast and professional! Had a big leak from our AC unit into our laminate floor. They removed and dried out in just a few days!

Javier was very professional and communicative during our time working with him. We had a decent sized leak and he efficiently dried out and took care of our home so that we will not encounter any mold issues while we wait to get our floor redone. Javier was flexible and came multiple times to check moisture levels and was very thorough in setting up the fans and humidifier. We would love to work with him again if we ever have another need!
