
In these unique times, many of us are working in make-shift offices from home. Friend of PuroClean Dr. Cory Lamar of Healthsource Rocky River offers these tips to stay healthy and help avoid neck, shoulder and back pain. (Watch video for full examples)
- Take a moment to reach up and gently pull you head down toward your shoulder and armpit area and hold for 10 seconds. Repeat on other side.
- Every hour on the hour take a “posture break” by sitting up tall and making a “W” with your arms. Stretch back and pull your shoulder blades together.
- Stand and use a door frame to position one arm in a 90 degree angle. Step forward with the same foot as raised arm and gently twist for a 10 second stretch. Repeat 3X on both sides.
