Property Damage Restoration is More than a Technical Problem

At PuroClean Emergency Restoration, every customer is treated with respect and a servant’s attitude. Our performance on every new job defines who we are, and we build our reputation every day, as we meet new people and continue to help home and business owners overcome the adversity of property damage. We tell each customer that we appreciate their call and that we promise to do everything possible to make sure that they are 100% satisfied. We also explain that we will be working hard for them with a Google Review in mind. We are clear about the steps we will take to properly handle the job, and we strive to help our customers understand the process and expectations.

One of the goals of PuroClean Emergency Restoration is to exceed expectations. One important way we accomplish this goal is to make it a priority to “Wow” every customer. This “Wow” may mean simply bringing a customer’s newspaper to them from the curb. It might be delivering a case of water to them in a time of crisis, or finding some other ways to go above and beyond. We do whatever we can.

PuroClean Emergency Restoration actively participates in the business community in many ways. We are members of the Lorain County Chamber of Commerce and the North Coast Chamber of Commerce, which is a part of a much larger association of chambers called the Power of More. Comprised of six neighboring chambers, the Power of More allows PuroClean Emergency Restoration to expand business relationships with members of the North Coast Chamber of Commerce, West Shore Chamber of Commerce, Fairview Park Chamber of Commerce, North Olmsted Chamber of Commerce, Olmsted Chamber of Commerce, and the North Ridgeville Chamber of Commerce.

We routinely donate their spare time to The Boys Scouts of America, Rotary International, and several local church groups in Avon Lake, Bay Village, and Westlake. PuroClean Emergency Restoration is a proud sponsor each year of the Avon Lake Youth Fishing Derby, and the Hooks for Hunger-Kids Tournament. “Take a kid fishing! There is no app for that!”

Our owners Trey and Janice Bell, are proud to call Northeastern Ohio home to their family. Our team members and our families feel fortunate to a part of the local community, and we are proud to represent PuroClean Emergency Restoration every day. The people in our community trust our team to take great care in helping them. This relationship is constantly reinforced, as we back up our promise to do everything possible to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. Our team members truly represent everything our company stands for as a responsible member of the business community.

Avon Lake Ohio-Based PuroClean serves and supports the community

Ohio is a great place to live. Northeast Ohio is extremely rich in culture. Ethnically diverse communities can be found all around Cleveland. Many local cities, such as Avon Lake, enjoy some of the highest ranked public schools in the country. There are major economic drivers, such as the Cleveland Clinic and University Hospital, who call the Cleveland-area home. With so much to do all year-round, families continue to find a way to maintain a balance of work, play, and education.

Each city and town in Northeastern Ohio has its own special qualities and attractions. They all have many things in common as well, such as a strong work ethic, a desire to thrive in a safe neighborhood, and a sports community. It is hard to find anyone in the Cleveland area who is not a sports fan. PuroClean Emergency Restoration supports the professional sports teams in the area, including the Cleveland Browns, Cleveland Indians, Cleveland Cavaliers, Lake Erie Monsters, and the Lake Erie Crushers. We also take every opportunity to sponsor local youth sporting events in Avon Lake and the surrounding communities.

Our owners Trey and Janice settled in the Avon Lake community because of the great quality of life and because of the reputation of Avon Lake Public Schools. Just as their hard work takes them all over Northeast Ohio, so does the seemingly endless amount of available activities for children and families in and around Cleveland area. Our owners both have professional backgrounds in customer service and take advantage of every opportunity to teach their two children the importance of a strong customer service philosophy. Before building a successful PuroClean franchise business, they spent many years working in other capacities and in many different fields, including family entertainment, facility management, and sports marketing. They have a combined 22 years of experience touring with and working for Disney On Ice. The rigors of live performance and everyday interaction with customers helped develop their “The Show Must Go On” work ethic. They enjoy exceeding expectation.
