Waking up on a Sunday morning, between Christmas and New Year's, to 6" of water in our basement was horrendous. PuroClean was our first call and the right call. They were at our house, wading through water, within 2 hour of our call. They kept us updated and checked in multiple times during that time. Calming and compassionate when they arrived - it was just what we needed. Their tech was awesome and walked us through the entire process.
