My Fantastic Experience (if one can actually say that after a disaster destroys your home) started with the first phone call. The office staff explained thoroughly how the entire insurance process worked from start to finish and set my mind at ease from the start. When the crew show up on time, they were professional and worked a 12 hour day to remove all the damaged drywall etc. and set up their machines. They check on us twice through the process and cleaned up their mess when they left. I would recommend this company to everybody that needs their home restored.

The night before my 96-year old mother’s funeral, my wife and I discovered that the pipe leading to her shower was completely corroded. There is never a “good time” to have a major water leak, but certainly not will morning a beloved family member. The folks from Puroclean were just the ticket for helping us through that crisis. There work was impeccable, a 15 on a scale of 1 to 10. They were careful to keep the rest of the house clean as they brought in fans to dry out the water, after opening up the wall etc. It was amazing how thoughtful and professional they were, coming back exactly when they told me they would come to complete their work and check on the progress. I could rely on their schedule. I’m an attorney, so I’m experienced with cleaning up messes other’s have made and know how important it is to provide reliable and sensitive support in the midst of a disaster.
