Unfortunately we had to use this company due to our dishwasher leaking and damaging our floors. This company came out the same day that I called and started working and cleaning up the mess they are the most professional knowledgeable friendly fun stuff I have ever met. Derek arrived with Megan and they couldn’t have been more helpful. It was a stressful time since we’ve never been through something like this before but they made it so easy. The next day they came back with Josh and Molina and they couldn’t have been nicer. I would recommend this company to everyone they made a stressful situation so much easier. If I could leave 10 stars I would they were all amazing.

Josh and his crew at PuroClean did a great job on our bathroom. We discovered a leak in the floor while demoing another part of the house. PuroClean diagnosed the source of the problem, handled all of the communication with our insurance carrier and got the water dried out quickly. I highly recommend this company.

My technician was Scott and he was absolutely amazing. He was through, professional, proficient and very empathic to our situation. He worked hard not to be disruptive to our household. He was informative about the process and time required to get the job done. He explained every step of the process and made sure every step was processed. He epitomized customer service and professionalism. I highly recommend this company!

No one beats this company! These guys go above and beyond to meet their customers’ needs. We came home one night to water leaking from our hot water heater into our downstairs bathroom. Puroclean called us that night (after 9pm once the plumber left!) and scheduled to be there the next morning, which was a Sunday. Scott and his crew were so professional, polite and knowledgeable. They cleaned up after themselves and made daily checks to make sure everything was drying out. Our hardwood floors would have been ruined without them. The contractor who came in behind them informed us what an excellent job Puroclean had done and how no one does better than this company. We are so grateful for these guys and would never recommend anyone else!
