PuroClean Property Damage Experts of Cleveland is a family business, operating since 2014 as PuroClean, but prior to owning our Franchise, we were an independent restoration company for ten years. Our family takes pride in being the backbone of this business. We respond quickly and professionally, and with a personal touch. Once we are on site, we assess the situation and explain the procedure to our client before we start mitigation. We are always accessible to the client and any of their concerns.

The whole Tennessee-based PuroClean team understands that water, fire, mold, and property damage presents an unexpected and stressful disruption to our daily lives. Our role is beyond just repairing the property – it’s also repairing lives.

We service the Cleveland, Tennessee area, where the friendliest people we have ever met live. Not only are they friendly, they also care for their families and their community. We were able to get the store back open within 48 hours. We also recently completed a frozen pipe flood at the Smoky Mountain Children’s Home that included the cafeteria, two campus houses, and the gymnasium. We were also able to mitigate extensive microbial growth in a benevolence home here in town, and we were able to clean and get a microbial testing clearance.

Our Story

PuroClean Property Damage experts are proud to be strongly bound in the close-knit community we love. We are members of the local BBB, Cleveland Power Lunch/BNI group and Cleveland Chamber of Commerce. We proudly support our local soccer team, and each year, our family does a Mission trip to the Appalachian Region, providing coats, blankets, food boxes and Christmas gifts for children. We also support our local Sheriff’s Department often, are active in local church events, and participate in Life Clinic, providing free medical assistance to those in need.

We worked for many years on the volunteer side of disaster recovery, alongside the faith-based community and the Church of God, before starting our first restoration business in 2004. We still do lots of volunteer work when time permits; however, our first priority is to take the utmost care of our customers. In fact, our owner Charles Atkins has been a Disaster Response Chaplain for many years and uses that training to understand and care for the needs of our customers.
