Amy Mann is a dedicated professional with over two decades of experience in childhood advocacy, family support, and community service. Holding both an MBA and MDiv, she merges professional excellence with a deep commitment to nurturing children. Mrs. Mann is a mother to an adult daughter and currently serves as a loving foster parent to two children. We are so proud to honor Amy as our SuperHero of the Year for 2026.
Many days one could find Mrs. Mann in a courtroom advocating for children or battered mothers. She works tirelessly to put families back together through in-home parenting, developmental screenings, and empowering parents with tools and confidence to support family growth. Family Cornerstones partners with Safe Baby Court and DCS to support babies, children and the family unit. Amy is the executive director of Family Cornerstones whose mission it is to “Build Cleveland one Family at a Time”.
One of the tools operated by Family Cornerstones is Starfish. Starfish began in 2009 with its first enrollment. Since then the Starfish staff has completed over 5,000 home visits and made more than 1,000 resource and referral connections.
Amy is one of the most unassuming, gentle and kind people one could ever meet. She is such a wonderful example of a servant who truly serves her fellow man, woman and child. She continues to give daily to our friends throughout the area. She is the epitome of a superhero, and we are thrilled to have her be our SuperHero of 2026.
