I was looking for a company to clean the ducts of my house. I contacted PuroClean and received a response the same day. Over the phone, Jon, the office manager, explained in detail what the process consisted of. When PuroClean specialists Brandon and Sergio arrived, they also walked through the house, explaining the details and answering all of our questions. They started their work and never stopped; they only slowed down when we had a question. The before and after pictures clearly showed why we were having dust issues. Brandon and Sergio are the workers you want to show up every time because from start to finish, they were very professional and courteous the entire time. As a Safety Trainer, I was particularly pleased to see the stringent safety measures PuroClean adhered to while working. This was my first experience with PuroCean, and I can confidentantly say it won't be my last. My wife and I wholeheartedly recommend PuroClean. We are overjoyed with the results and will definitely engage their services again.
