Our service area encompasses a 45-mile radius around the Cornelius and Lake Norman area. Going north, we service from Hickory, North Carolina to China Grove, and heading south, we cover the greater Charlotte area to Gaston County. Our service area is not only one of the most desirable areas of the country to live, due to the proximity of the local lakes, Atlantic beaches, and mountain access, it is also desirable because of its people. In our day to day activities, we meet people at one of the most stressful and upsetting times of their lives. However, the level of concern and hospitality they show our team during these engagements never ceases to amaze us. While still experiencing a change of seasons, our winters are short, mild, bright, and sunny. Whether you love the ocean breeze of summer or enjoy hitting the mountain slopes in the winter, both are available with a short commute. With Lake Norman in our backyard boating, fishing and swimming are readily available. If you’re a sports fan, this is the center of the NASCAR universe. We boast great pro franchises in football and basketball and some of the most storied college athletic programs in the country are just a short commute away. Even more, we have the people and their unending “Southern Charm and Hospitality.”
Our owner, Bruce, has spent most of his adult life in account and project management. The driving force behind his success throughout the years has been his unwavering devotion to a “customer centric” philosophy. We recognize that the customer’s needs are paramount, including but not limited to: traditional mitigation, process consultation and education, scheduling adaptation, and timely communication management. What sets us apart from the crowd is our laser-focus on our clients. We realize that most of our engagements involve clients who have never experienced a major property claim before. Thus, they are not only concerned about the damage to their property and possessions but also uncomfortable with a process that is completely foreign and unknown to them. Consequently, each of our technicians is trained to thoroughly review our mitigation plan with our clients and also to talk, in general, about what they can expect during the insurance process. We find that this approach helps take some of the mystery out of the situation for the clients, reducing their anxiety.
