The Franchisee of the Year Duo: An Unlikely History

John, a native of Peru, and Nilo, hailing from Mexico, parlayed their oil and gas industry expertise to embark on an entrepreneurial journey with PuroClean. Throughout their franchise trajectory, they pursued excellence without sacrificing their commitment to family and devotion to service.
2021 was a banner year when the duo received PuroClean’s Rookie of the Year Award, an honor given to franchisees in their first year of operation. Last year, they were the recipients of the President’s Circle (a shared honor for the second consecutive year), Rainmaker (won by John), and Brand Ambassador (awarded to John).
As the awards continued to pile up, their presence flourished, with three new offices in the Houston area. With newfound determination, they set the wheels in motion for further growth with one goal in mind: to provide outstanding restoration to residential and commercial property owners.
John and Nilo embody what it means to prioritize customer service and incorporate excellence in everything.
