He started PuroClean in 2007 and it has grown to a beautiful 16,000 square foot warehouse with 20 employees off Interstate 10. In 2011, he won Franchise of the Year from over 300 locations, and he has won many other awards for customer service. Wayne is a proud U.S. Navy Veteran and he hires Veterans whenever possible. He has a BSB//M Degree. He enjoys music as a drummer and rides motorcycles in his spare time.

Although I consider being a mother my most important job, I like to call this company my work family."

Heidi was born in Wisconsin and like many of us, really likes Florida’s warm weather. She loves animals and has birds, a rabbit, and a dog. She loves music and in her spare time writes, records, and sings. Wayne drummed in a band called Flying Lasagna with Heidi, and that is how they met. Ed is a U.S. Navy Veteran and served 20 years as E6 Damage Controlman First Class. Upon exiting the military, he became a Firefighter for the city of Portland, TX, and in August of 2014, a Louisiana Medical Reserve Corp. You can tell from his history that he likes helping people. Ed is quick to respond regardless of day and time. He makes sure things are done right the first time and is big on communication. In his spare time, he is an avid Bass Fisherman and a master Barbecuer.

Michael studied hard and went up through the ranks in a quick amount of time. Michael is a US Navy Veteran (15 years) and actively in the reserves. In his off time, he enjoys woodworking and hanging out with his two dogs while working towards his business degree. He also owns a 1955 Chevy Belair which he is restoring from the ground up. This car is a several year project.

He loves being in the restoration business because he like to help people in their most traumatic times

Lori is a Jacksonville native. Since 2011 she has worked in all areas of PuroClean. She's cleaning contents, steam cleaning carpets, upholstery, furniture, supplies, dishes, and all items affected by water, mold, and fire. She keeps records and reports tracking pack-ins, pack-outs, shipping, receiving, and storage. In her spare time she likes fishing, camping, and spending time with her two daughters. Shea handles remediation of furniture that has been involved in a mold or fire situation. She is also a Bio-Hazard Technician, responding to crime scenes all times of the day and night. She is a member of the American Legion and also the Head Chair of Boots on the Ground. She spends an incredible amount of time doing charity work and loves working with anything Veteran related.

Art was born in Miami, FL and even though he has traveled all over, he has never seen snow. Art has been keeping our warehouse neat and organized Part-Time since June of 2018.
