Wayne Terry’s Jacksonville-based PuroClean takes pride in showing up to the job on time with the right equipment to do the job right the first time. We fully understand that experiencing a flood, fire, or biohazard situation is stressful. It takes great people to wake up at 10pm or 2am to take on jobs helping our customers.We have the best team ever, certified in Water (Flood), Mold, Fire, Biohazard services, carpet cleaning, by the IICRC and/or ACAC. We give training weekly to our crew to keep them up to date on processes and procedures.

Wayne Terry

Owner

Wayne describes his business in four words: "Fast, Friendly, Honest, and Reliable." He started PuroClean in 2007 and it has grown to a beautiful 16,000 square foot warehouse with 20 employees off Interstate 10. In 2011, he won Franchise of the Year from over 300 locations, and he has won many other awards for customer service. Wayne is a proud U.S. Navy Veteran and he hires Veterans whenever possible. He has a BSB//M Degree. He enjoys music as a drummer and rides motorcycles in his spare time.

Ken Miller

Operations Manager

Ken started with the company originally as a helper in August of 2009, and before long, he was taking charge of jobs, keeping customers and clients happy. He made Project Manager in record time. He ensures all technicians are trained and have the right tools to do the job; also, that the projects are done in the right time frame, makes sure the billing is correct, and the jobs are done expeditiously. In his spare time, he enjoys being married and spending time with his son.

Connie Beyler

Office Manager

Connie started with PuroClean in 2010. As Office Manager, she handles most incoming calls. She does this in a professional and personable manner. She also handles the accounts payable, HR and makes sure the daily office activities run smoothly. She is a graduate of UW-Madison – Go Badgers! She is married with three sons.

Renee Balcom

Account Executive

She started with PuroClean in 2007 and is responsible for over 200 accounts, which she sees in person monthly. She is also experienced in trauma scene clean up jobs, and she is always willing and ready to suit up and take care of emergency situations. Renee is excellent in dealing with the customers during traumatic times. In her spare time, she participates in several running events and has an office full of metals for which she has competed.

Sheila Tinsley

Account Executive

She started in May of 2012 as a Commercial Marketer for PuroClean, Sheila brings with her military, construction, and customer services skills. She is the heart of customer service for our team and attention to detail is her motto. She not only sings the praises of PuroClean Emergency Services, she is also a contemporary Christian vocalist, with a voice like an angel. Her idea of the perfect vacation is putting her construction skills to work on mission trips in Panama and Costa Rica.

Keith Padick

Lead Technician

Keith started with PuroClean in May of 2016 after serving 5 years in the army. He is currently in the reserves. His skills and personality make him successful in this industry. He is a single father of 2 children. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing and kayaking

Ed Deleon

Lead Technician

Ed is a U.S. Navy Veteran and served 20 years as E6 Damage Controlman First Class. Upon exiting the military, he became a Firefighter for the city of Portland, TX, and in August of 2014, a Louisiana Medical Reserve Corp. You can tell from his history that he likes helping people. Ed is quick to respond regardless of day and time. He makes sure things are done right the first time and is big on communication. In his spare time, he is an avid Bass Fisherman and a master Barbecuer.

Steve Thomas

Lead Technician

Steve is prior U.S. Navy who served aboard USS Russell and in a Naval Expeditionary Warfare unit as a Gunners Mate from 2003 to 2007. He was a Heavy Rescue Technician (Firefighter/EMT) from 2007-2011, then he was a surface supplied unexploded ordnance diver for the DOD from 2012-2017 before starting with PuroClean. In his time away from work he likes having tea parties, cooking, watching Disney princess movies, and getting his toes painted with his daughter.

Serena Genisus

Technician Assistant

Serena started with PuroClean in January of 2017 as a Technician Assistant. She has been in the cleaning industry for 15 years prior to joining PuroClean. She is originally from Illinois. She is married with 2 children and enjoys spending time with her family.

Lori Thomas

Technician Assistant

Lori is a native of Jacksonville, FL and she loves this city and the community. She started working for PuroClean August 2011 and has worked hard in all areas of production including Cleaning Contents, which includes steam cleaning carpets, rugs, upholstery, and all household furniture, supplies, dishes, and all items affected by water, mold, and fire. She keeps records and reports tracking pack-ins and pack-outs, shipping, receiving, and storage.

Trish Truesdale

Technician Assistant

Trish has worked with us since November of 2015 and works in the contents cleaning division. She does an excellent job of getting the smoke, animal smells, and other odors out of furniture. She is very detailed and gets the job done right the first time.
