Our experience with PuroClean was positive from the initial phone call to schedule an estimate to the completed work. Katrina was extremely pleasant and helpful setting up our visit for estimate. Next, Ed was great!! He came the following day and was knowledgeable and honest about our situation and knew exactly what needed to be done to complete the job. Finally, Hutch was amazing!! He worked diligently in the heat to remove walls and mold. He was great at communicating what each step of the process was (in a way that was easy to understand). His cuts were precise and easy for the drywall to be replaced and repaired. He left the area clean and tidy when the job was complete. It was truly a pleasure to work with him.
