Michael Rupe came out after our initial appointment got delayed because he had an emergency flood to go take care of. Let's not make any mistakes, my dude came out at night, after working all day and cleaning a flood up to clean the carpets in my townhouse. That's incredible work ethic after a long day. He was courteous, communicated well, and locked up behind himself leaving only very clean carpets. No trash, or spills, or marks on the wall. Great job Mike, Wayne you had better pay him a bonus and give him a raise. 1

Our experience with PuroClean was positive from the initial phone call to schedule an estimate to the completed work. Katrina was extremely pleasant and helpful setting up our visit for estimate. Next, Ed was great!! He came the following day and was knowledgeable and honest about our situation and knew exactly what needed to be done to complete the job. Finally, Hutch was amazing!! He worked diligently in the heat to remove walls and mold. He was great at communicating what each step of the process was (in a way that was easy to understand). His cuts were precise and easy for the drywall to be replaced and repaired. He left the area clean and tidy when the job was complete. It was truly a pleasure to work with him. We appreciate the timely manner that our situation was handled. Thank you!!

Had a great experience with Michael. He was very professional and had great customer care. He came along when I was going through a disaster with my home and he was really able to help relieve my feelings of anxiety and stress.
