We’re growing in the Capital Region and are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to expand our network of referral partners and build lasting relationships with insurance agents, property managers, contractors, and other community professionals.

About the Role

This is a relationship-focused, community-based sales position – perfect for a motivated professional who thrives on connection, consistency, and measurable results. You’ll spend most of your time in the field meeting with local partners, learning their needs, and positioning our team as their trusted go-to restoration resource.

You’ll manage a mix of business development, account management, and light sales strategy –  cultivating long-term partnerships that drive growth.

Compensation & Schedule

Estimated full-time equivalent (FTE): $85,000–$110,000 annualized OTE, prorated based on actual hours worked

Compensation: $60,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
