As the third of 12 children and the father of two young daughters himself, and as a decorated firefighter, Nelson knows what it means to be there for people. As the Deputy Fire Chief in Orange, NJ, he earned multiple awards for bravery, including the City of Orange Chamber of Commerce Valor Award, New Jersey State Firemen's Mutual Benevolent Association Award for Valor, and the American Red Cross Hero Award. Nelson knows the importance of trust, communication, and outstanding work.

Eugina Capozzi is an outside sales representative and marketing manager with PuroClean. Previously, she worked as a marketing coordinator for Valpak and did advertising sales for N2 Publishing, where she produced her own magazine. Eugina was raised in Parsippany, New Jersey and currently resides in Rockaway with her two children and their dog, Tucker. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, reading and is a NY Giants and Yankees enthusiast.
