PuroClean Restoration Specialists is staffed with professional technicians that are trained in the best certifications in the industry.  They include IICRC and WRT.  Our technicians have years of experience. As trained and certified emergency restoration experts, we are here to serve you when disaster happens. But most of all, we care about our community and are always ready to bring our neighbors’ properties back to pre-disaster.

Owner

Joined PuroClean in 2006

Before PuroClean, Matt earned his Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry and worked in research and development at Merck, developing new anti-cancer drugs. He fell in love with PuroClean when he saw the opportunity to make an immediate, positive impact in people’s lives during times of crisis. Matt holds the IICRC designations of Master Water Restorer and Master Fire Restorer. Debi Heileman

Owner

Joined PuroClean in 2006

Before founding PuroClean with her husband Matt, Debi worked as a CPA in finance and accounting. Driven by her desire to own a business and make a meaningful impact, she now finds purpose in helping people recover from property disasters and building a company that serves the community. Debi is passionate about creating a workplace where employees feel respected, valued, and empowered to do their best. She holds IICRC certifications in Water, Fire, Mold, and Trauma (WRT/ASD, FRT, AMRT, Trauma).

Shaun Heileman

Lead Technician

Shaun grew up around restoration and is an IICRC certified Fire Technician. His work ethic shows in everything he does. Shaun previously worked for the American Conservation Corp. He loves helping people and in his spare time he heads for the mountains to go hiking or rock climbing. He thru-hiked all 486 miles of the Colorado Trail, 104 miles of the Utah Highline Trail and all 343 miles of the Kentucky Sheltowee Trace Trail.

Ashley Nacsa

Lead Pack-Out Specialist

Ashley grew up in the world of pack-outs—her parents owned a pack-out company, and she’s been around the process her whole life. She genuinely enjoys packing, wrapping, documenting, and moving customers’ belongings because she knows it brings them peace of mind and comfort during stressful times. For Ashley, it’s about more than just the items—it’s about restoring a sense of normalcy. She loves connecting with customers, often pausing to hear their stories and offer a reassuring presence. Shadow Coleman

Office Manager and Customer Service

Shadow is our Office Manager and is often the first point of contact when you call our office. With 16 years of experience in the insurance industry, she brings extensive knowledge, professionalism, and confidence to every customer interaction. Known for her calm and reassuring approach, Shadow helps guide clients through challenging situations with clarity and care. A proud Arizona resident, she is also a dedicated mother to two grown sons. Outside of work, Shadow enjoys traveling.

Connor White

Lead Technician

Connor brings passion and enthusiasm to work every day as a Lead Technician. A Glendale native, he holds IICRC certifications in Water Restoration (WRT) and Applied Structural Drying (ASD) and has over three years of industry experience. Connor is deeply committed to his work, his teammates, and helping customers through challenging times. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and his dog.

Isaiah Rapp

Technician

Isaiah was born in Columbus, Ohio and raised in Phoenix. He has been with PuroClean for over 2 years. Isaiah has a friendly spirit and unending energy. He loves helping and leaving people with a smile. In his spare time he likes watching sports and spending time with his family and 2 huskies.

Angel Vargas

Technician

Angel has been part of the PuroClean team for over three years, working in both pack-out and mitigation. He enjoys the variety each day brings and appreciates the opportunity to meet and serve new customers. Outside of work, Angel values time with his family and enjoys taking walks to unwind.

Maya Hanieh

Estimator & Compliance Coordinator

Maya has been in the restoration industry since 2017 and has done just about every job along the way. She holds IICRC certifications in water, fire, and mold, and brings a deep understanding of the field to her work. What drives her most is the opportunity to bring relief and hope to people during some of their hardest moments. Outside of work, Maya cherishes time with her son and family, focusing on creating meaningful memories together.

Rosanna Nacsa

Director of Pack-Out and Marketer

Rosanna brings over 20 years of pack-out experience to our team, having owned and operated her own successful company before joining PuroClean. She loves connecting with customers and making a difference during challenging times. Outside of work, Rosanna enjoys spending time with her kids, traveling, and hitting the open road on her Harley.
