This weekend we moved into our new house the water line to the refrigerator broke and I had water all over my basement and on my furnace ducts. There was no way for me to even to get to furnace ducts to clean up the water. I was at a complete loss. I made one call to PuroClean and it was handled. Within 30 minutes of my call, Steve and another guy (sorry don't recall his name) came to my house with all the right equipment, they had fans, dehumidifiers, etc. up and running in minutes. I honestly felt like they were family, they were very compassionate, professional and clearly knew what they were doing. What started off as flooded disaster was completely and professionally handled in one single phone call. I highly recommend them!
