Our office services the metro Detroit area, including the counties of Macomb, Oakland, St. Clair, and Wayne. We service these areas 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. Our average “on-site” time is 60 minutes, and we work directly with your local insurance provider.

We are an IICRC certified firm, with technicians who have certifications from the IICRC as Water Damage Technicians and in Applied Structural Drying, Applied Microbial Remediation, Fire and Smoke Remediation, and Certified Bio-Hazard, or Trauma scene clean-up certifications. All calls in our office are taken by Theresa, who receives details of what happened, when it happened, and when we can respond. We use all communication tools from phone, email, and even texting, when requested. We understand the emotional and psychological drains of being in a defenseless situation.
