There is little more upsetting than having your house damaged. But if something like that happens I highly recommend puroclean. They dried everything out and they fixed all the damage beautifully, but they are such a delight to work with. I’ve never met a nicer and more helpful group of people in my life.

Angie and Brad were so great!! Their customer service was above any that I have received in a long time. They didn't just say that they would see what they could do to help but did it, within an hour I had paperwork to do, Brad had gone and evaluated what was needed and it was all taken care of with the first phone call. Then they checked in to see if there was anything else. This made such a unpleasant situation to almost bearable and is greatly appreciated.

We experienced a sudden flooding during a storm where water rushed in from 2 rear entrances, soaking the commercial carpeting over several hundred square feet, and affecting the walls. PuroClean was super-busy responding to many similar incidents in the area, yet they were pretty quick to respond and start the cleanup process. The techs were extremely professional and practiced in taking care of the situation. They continued to work with my schedule so I was not negatively affected by their work.
