"Recently, my grandparents had a massive flood in their apartment after a water main burst on the floor above them. Puroclean came and dealt with all the water damage and treated my grandparents incredibly well. Trevor and Justin were there from day one and always checked in with my grandparents and were very kind and courteous. They treated my grandparents' apartment like their own and went the extra mile in every way I could've asked. The service was excellent and very professional, I cannot recommend them enough for any water related issues!"

"Of course the flooding happened on the weekend, but Russell was quick to respond. He and his team were helpful, efficient, friendly and professional. Very pleased with the service and results. I'd definitely use them again. Update: Needed Puroclean again for some new flooding, and Justin, Q, and Matt were all extremely helpful, they explained everything clearly, answered all our questions, and worked with us to ensure the impacted area was dry and safe."

"Called for help and they sent someone over that day. Nate and Keith were professional and explained everything to me and willingly answered questions I had. They were polite and respectful of our home. They called before coming over and let me know when to expect them from the first visit and for the return visits to check on things and pick their equipment up. "I just have to COMMEND this company. In what was to date my worst nightmare of a house catastrophe came the reassurance and professionalism of a young man named Justin and his assistant Tyler. Our subzero fridge had been leaking slowly unknown to us for some weeks until we had water coming through our hardwood floors. The mold overgrowth was astounding and we lost many cabinets, drywall, back splash, and the such. I was a frantic mom unable to comprehend the devastation and health hazard. Justin was so professional, thorough , and very very informative. While I had no attachment to anything materialistic these nice two gentleman took apart my kitchen/home like it was porcelain. They were timely, efficient, and detailed. The treatment they used and the reassurance that they provided were astounding. I would no doubt recommend this company 100000x over. We had quotes and assessments from other companies and I am SO GLAD with our choice of PuroClean. Thanks again boys! "

"Everyone at Puroclean has been over the top professional. I've been in the trades and I am so impressed. The immediate crew was responsive and professional in every way. The moving crew- Keith, Justin, Q, and Anthony made everything smooth and seamless. Jared, the project manager, Matt, Nate, the plumbers and all were fabulous.
