Chris Sanford

Owner

Joined PuroClean in 2007

Owner, Chris Sanford is a native Rhode Islander and a U.S. Navy Veteran. After 10 years away for college at Holy Cross in Worcester, MA and to serve in the US Navy, he returned to RI to earn his MBA from the University of Rhode Island. Chris prides himself in assisting fellow Rhode Islanders when disasters occur in their homes and businesses. He is certified in water restoration, mold remediation, fire restoration, and trauma cleanup by the PuroSystems Restoration Institute.

Leah Sullivan

Office Manager/Controller

Joined PuroClean in 2014

Leah, our Office Manager/Controller joined PuroClean to oversee bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, human resources and a myriad of tasks assigned! Leah brings over a decade of experience as a successful project manager for large commercial painting companies, having supervised $1 Million+ jobs at high end locations.

Kathy Wilkinson

Business Development

Joined PuroClean in 2023

Kathy builds and maintains relationships with our many referral partners including insurance agents, property managers and plumbers through a client first mentality. He also represents the company at networking events throughout the state, and is always looking to create mutually beneficial partnerships with growth minded connections. Kathy leverages her 20 years of sales experience help our referral sources with their client retention and customer satisfaction.

Raquel Pereyra

Emergency Services Production Manager

Joined PuroClean in 2015

Production Manager Raquel, works hand in hand with adjusters and our production team coordinating work and invoicing. Raquel brings over 6 years experience in the remediation business and estimating claims to PuroClean. Raquel holds the following certifications: Water Restoration Technician, Mold Remediation, Applied Structural Drying, Carpet Cleaning, Fire & Smoke Restorer, and Journeyman Textile Cleaner through the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification (IICRC).

Stephanie Skiver

Emergency Services Project Coordinator

Joined PuroClean in 2023

Stephanie, is the voice of PuroClean! She helps our clients, vendors and visitors on a daily basis. Stephanie has developed an upbeat, understanding and patient disposition. These qualities make her a great fit for this important role. She works closely with Production on job tracking, scheduling and problem solving to keep our customers happy from start to finish.

Sarah has been part of our PuroClean team for over a year. She came to us while searching for a new career focused on helping people. Sarah has earned IICRC Certifications in Water Restoration Technician, Applied Microbial Restoration Technician, Applied Structural Drying, as a Licensed Lead Safe Remodeler and is scheduled for Fire & Smoke class.
