An upstairs toilet got clogged by guests who tried to fix it themselves, and I ended up with water pouring through my kitchen ceiling lights below it. We had PuroClean remediate some water damage from a leaking fridge. They provided remediation and demolition services and were absolutely wonderful. From the first visit, Tanner, the lead technician, was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and down-to-earth. He clearly articulated the steps of the process and always answered any questions we had. I'd never thought I'd be writing such a glowing review for a company that came over to remove wet flooring, cabinets, and drywall--but the care they did it with more than deserves it.
