PuroClean did an excellent job of cleaning and disinfecting a mold issue that was starting in our church basement. Bill, in particular, went above and beyond to insure we were completely satisfied. We have used other companies for general cleaning in the past but none have excelled like PuroClean. They are reasonably priced, timely and honest in their assessment of your needs. We had the unfortunate incident of having a pipe burst in our partially finished basement. By the time we discovered the issue, the water level was a few inches deep. Our first call was to PuroClean of Akron. They showed up to our house within one hour of us calling and on a Sunday evening!!! PuroClean of Akron did a thorough assessment of the affected basement areas and began remediation that same evening. Our basement dried nicely and carpet cleaned up beautifully. We are pleased with the results and grateful to Bill and his team for all they did to help us out in this emergency situation. Best, Vince and Cary V.
