Our diligent crew then used dehumidifiers for drying and moisture control and air scrubbers to clean the air of mold particles. After daily inspections, we soon verified the unit was completely dry and safe.

As a finishing touch, we wiped down the affected surfaces in the affected areas to eliminate any particles and contaminants on the materials. Our final step was performing a post-remediation verification (PRV) clearance test, which certified the affected unit was now mold-free and safe for occupancy.
